Not one bill recieved

When I took/signed up for my domestic telkkom line I specifically requested bills be mailed to me.
To date the money has been deducted of my account every month without fail, each month a different amount, but I have not recieved a single bill, can never get through to the call centre quickly enough to request such during working hours... why do consumers have to beg to recv their bills!!

Are they trying to hide charges and fool consumers???
