NO FEEDBACK ON COMPLAINT

On 26 February I submitted a complaint regarding the rude call centre advisor who do not stop calling me and refused that I speak to management!!
I requested that a manager call me but the response said a service consultant will call me, does your company not have any managers???
Homemark was quick to respond and advised that a service consultant will give me a call, IT IS NOW 6 DAYS LATER AND YOUR SERVICE CONSULTANTS HAVE NOT CALLED ME AS YET!!??
BUT GUESS WHO DID HAVE TIME TO CALL ME... ONE OF YOUR SALES ADVISOR AGAIN ADVISING ME THAT THERE IS A PACKAGE FOR ME!!!
WHAT PART OF 'I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM HOMEMARK' DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND.
How pathetic of a company to phone client the same day as a hellopeter complaint, to again try and convince me in taking a package, while no manager (service consultant) could make the time to follow up on a complaint as PROMISED!!!
