Firstly Ive being a loyal customer for about eight years but still I get pathertic service. I would like nothing more than to sever this realtionship with MTN.
I was due for an upgrade early this year and when called by a consultant, I advised "Im waiting for the Z10!!! When the phone was availble to customers, I popped into the store to obtain. The Sales consultant advised if you not happy with the phone you have seven days in which to return. The Z10 was awesome, however it kept freezing on the fifth day of owning, for some strange reason all my BBM contacts were erased never to be restored. I returned to the branch the very same day - 8th March to return as I was not comfortable with the phone. I was told I need to now wait for 14 days for a new one, all fees etc, should be reversed. Eversince I have being paying for a phone that I dont own. Ive being to the back to the branch countless times only to be insulted by Barbara the Sales consultant who keeps telling dont worry we will call you but to date no response, Im in desperate need of a new phone but unfortunately I cant obtain a new one whilst paying for one I dont own. Please help, I need these fees reversed!!
