Deeply disappointed and extremely upset!

My husband has an account with truworths, when we purchased a cellphone we were told by the 1st sales assistant if we had issues with the phone we can return in 7 days an either be refunded or exchanged, the phone was heating up so we returned it in 7 days, they credited the acc gave me the same phone and was promised by 2nd consultant i should have no issues and if we do we can return it and we would be credited. Same issue with phone no 2, and upon returning we get told that it must first b sent away and i have to wait 7 days. I was however promised by both consultants on purchase of the phones i can return in 7 days an will b credited, now they dont want to. Im still waiting on a callback, im riding up to the store, making countless calls, i have no phone and am not even compensated for my time and effort. I called head office and laid a complaint on Monday 22/07 and havent received feedback either, i called the head office again on 24/07 at 15h15 and get transferred from 1 dept to another then am told to call after 4 as that dept is in a meeting. Im absolutely disgusted by this service and how they are treating me, they are not keeping promises. What can i do? I want to take this furthe
