Unauthorised Reduction in My Credit Limit

I have a Virgin Credit Card. I logged in today to discover my credit limit had been reduced by 50%.

Your terms and conditions state:

15. REDUCTION IN THE CREDIT LIMIT
15.1. You may at any time, give us written notice, requesting the Credit Limit to be reduced or stipulate the maximum Credit Limit that you will accept.
15.2. We may, in writing by SMS or e-mail, reduce your Credit Limit. The reduction will be effective on the day the written notice is sent.
15.3. Should we come across information that leads us to believe you are in either a distress credit position or alternatively may be placed in an over-indebted position, we reserve the right to reduce your Credit Limit.

I never requested the reduction, nor was I given notice thereof.

To any neutral fact-finder your course of dealing with me would present a clear case of gross overreaching, breach of contract, bad faith, and consumer rights violations.

My account was paid in full this month, before the deadline, and I have never been over-indebted, nor have I incurred interest charges.

I ask for an urgent investigation, as I am now considering moving my card to another supplier.
