Very bad Service!!!

Hi

We have been struggling for months now. our line keep on dropping and the home phone is still not working for moths now. We have asked for a tech and they never called or pitched at the premises and the call was closed as no action required. REF 42CTK121212 . When I phoned the last time on 03:00 pm on 17/01/13 is spoke to Iluth she told me the line was fine. The problem I have with Telkom they almost never tell the truth and there is always lack of service and Skills... Our lines are still not sorted
