Still No Delivery and No Response from Sales Perso

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s4 before 9/5/13. They found an error with porting, however I have understood on that day that this wasn';t a problem and they would ship a new sim card for me. I also changed handset colour after a few days of ordering. However 2-3 weeks later I still havn;t received my phone. The part I am most upset about is that last week I called for my sales person Excellent to call me - several people (3-4 at minimum) had claimed to email him to call me. No response from any of my calls - and not to mention time wasted on hold. If someone does not contact me today I will cancel this order - which is what I told someone at Cell C Friday - Cell C obviously does not care. The competitors are offering about the same deal - there is therefore no reason for me to be with Cell C - just saying. I think if Cell C just notifies you of the delay - it would be not ok, but better!
