Cell C
Unreliable!

I am appalled and disgusted by the pathetic response and services I have received, and continue to receive from Cell C. I had ordered a new Samsung S4 in the last week of April. Today, 3 weeks later, I have not yet received my order which was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife! I hold no fewer that 4 cellphone contracts with cell c, and this is the way they repay me!!? I am disgusted beyond words. At this late stage, I have even tried to acquire the said Cellphone from other competitors, and been told that they do not have stock! The shocking part is that cell c actually tried to deliver my phone to me, on days that I had made clear that I would NOT BE AVAILABLE! Once they found me not available (even though i had already made it clear that I am not available at that time, at the venue) they then decided to give the phone to another customer! I am a doctor, working at various hospitals, and am difficult to locate. Cell c made no effort to acommodate my difficulties, and thanks to their inefficiency, I now have no gift to give my wife in the next 2 days! Thank you cell c for your EXCELLENT lack of service! I should have just gone either to Vodacom or MTN, or even 8TA! Pathetic!
