In January 2013 I cancelled my contract with Vodacom due to poor service at one of their branches. A settlement quotation was emailed to me and I settled my account. From April they started deducting money of my account and a separate number/ contract was created with out my knowledge. This is as you can not open an account on with the person signing or agreeing to it???

I phone Vodacom on May the 15th 2013 to query this and they told me they logged a request and some one will phone me with in 24-48 hours. I had to phone them today the 20th of May too get feedback and I got the same answer. They are quick to assist you when they can make money or get you to but a new product but when they need to assist a customer with a refund it simply does not happen. I am still waiting a reply from them.

They are back logged at the cancellation department according to the lady in call centre and this does not surprise me at all as the service vodacom gives is absolutely horrendous. I can see this by the number of complaints on this website.
