Worst service I've received in years

I spent 50 mins on the line to the call centre... spoke with 7 different people... got cut off 3 times... and no closer to a resolution.

Asked to speak to a manger on 3 different occasions... non available... was told they'd call me back... still waiting!

Just switched to cell c from vodacom... my new iPhone was delivered and was faulty. Went to two stores... but say can't help because I ordered through cell c direct (massive mistake!) am now told its policy that they'll fetch the phone in the next week and then could take two weeks to assess phone and then look to potentially replace!!

Its a brand new iPhone 5... it's faulty... it must be replaced! I can't wait three weeks... this is ridiculous... if I can cancel the contract I'm going to look into it... if this ismthenservice cell c provides., ..I want no part in the company. It wasn't even possible for me to lodge a complaint let alone speak to someone who would take responsibility for helping with my problem... shocking shocking shocking service...
