MTN Unable to Fix Problems on Account

I've logged queries on MTN Active to solve problems on my account. One of the queries was closed stating the problem had been fix while nothing was done.

Now MTN has disabled my access to MTN Active. When I try to access any pages beyond the first after logging in I'm being logged off.
