New "MTN Active" log on problems

I have been an MTN Active user. On 5th September 2013 I received an sms regarding a new website for this service. On viewing it required that a registration procedure be undertaken to provide more secure communication. On the same day I undertook the registration procedure but had some problems and received various "error" messages . 1. User name and password don't agree and 2. user email address already in use. I phoned the helpline and was firstly told to give an alternate email address (not likely) and secondly to email screen dumps of relevant pages and error messages to [Email Removed] which I did, and received their automatic reply on the 5 September 2013 at 17:37 with reference number 7020081. To date no response has been forthcoming, It is totally unsatisfactory. Yes I can keep on contacting them in this regard but it is their responsibility to ensure all queries are handled timeously. I have had 3 other queries recently with the group and in 2 cases it is the same (responded to by them after 23 days on one query) and the other I don't know as I cant log in for ref no etc.. Their technical dept that deals with "signal coverage" were responsive and efficient (2 days)
