I will never ever sign up with MTN again or even recommend them to anyone else. My experience with them has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. You guys never even bothered to phone me and sort this out personally. You just leave me with a message on Hello Peter but you don't have the decency to phone and find out what actually happened. Your reply to my first complaint CLEARLY showed that you misunderstood the situation but never even bothered to phone me and talk to me personally. You are the most unethical bunch I have ever had to deal with. You can go to... If you are really so concerned about fixing this then phone me...
