Constant Incorrect Debit Order, Incompetent Service

I have been a client for years and am DISGUSTED to say the very least with the service I have received in the last year.

I changed my contract last year to a top up service and I get bills ranging from R262 (which is correct) up to R400 per month. I am still being changed for a SMS bundle that was cancelled, am often billed twice for my insurance. When my upgrade took over 3 months to implement (they kept on "forgetting" to change my service) Chester from the Brooklyn branch lodged a complaint for a rebate and I have NEVER heard a word from him. I have been to see him numerous times about this and nothing has been done.

I actually see this as and will not hesitate to take the necessary steps and /or legal action against you with the Consumer Protection Act.

I take this very seriously and want someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this matter.

IT IS A DISGRACE!!
