I managed to cancel a contract after the 3rd attempt. I was still been billed after my cancellation request. I called the call center to query about the refund about 20 times, each call minimum of 20mins. Each consultant say, "I have created case and has been forwarded to escalation department, someone will call you within 24/48 hours. This was a and Empty Promises made by Cell C consultants. I been a loyal Cell C consumer for more than 15years BUT now waiting for my current contract with Cell C to end, So I can use another service provider who value their consumers.
