Please let me pay for the one contract. I BEG YA!!

I have a dispute going for almost a year with one of my contracts and month after month I am promised that I will get the recording that proves you (Vodacom) right and I will make payment or wrong and you refund me for wrongful billing. But non is coming! Seven (7) months!!! While you are searching for the recording, please let me pay for the other number. Please I am on my knees begging you!!! I would LOVE to keep the numbers as well. Thank you.
