I cancelled my contract 0741812142 and they told me the last date was 01 May 2013. On 01June they deduct again and after a complaint told me their recording said it was 01 June. They did not recharge me for May month. My wife cancelled her contract as well. They told us last payment will be on 01 June 2013. They said their recording said 01 July 2013 and did not recharge the account for June. On 01 AUGUST 2013 they deduct another months payment. When will they stop our money? my wife can be contact on 0613221876 because the old numbers doesn't exist anymore on the Virgin network although it is Vodacom numbers now.
