No lines in medical practice for last 4 weeks!

I run an emergency medical service within a busy Durban Hospital. We applied to have our telephone lines moved within a hospital from one room to another. Application done 6 weeks before move and confirmed with Telkom 1week before move. Telkom technicians arrived on 14th Dec 2012 and disconnected service to move as planned. It is now 14th January 2013 and despite calls to the call centre we still have no lines. Telkom tells us each day they will " escalate" our job, but each day the problem is not repaired. I have spoken to technical division locally, but they say their jobs are controlled from Cape Town and can do nothing. At this time, I have no idea when the problem will be rectified and cannot find anyone who will give a reason or a planned date of rectification. And this is a medical practice within a hospital! How much more urgent can you get?
