I reported ALL OUR BUSINESS LINES, including our ADSL line on 7 March 2013 and requested to have this resolved URGENTLY! When I phoned this morning Klaas said the technician indicated that the problems have been resolved - NOT DONE, ALL LINES DOWN. After a conversation this has been moved to Cable division and cannot indicate when this will be resolved! This is a frustration to pay for a service provider that does not deliver!!!
