I have paid my monthly bill at Centurion Malls mtn on 13/09/2013 only to find that this morning 16/09/2013 my phone line has been suspended due to non payment. Calling customer care 3 times and finally getting to the point of my phone line being switched back on but only with in 2-24h which seems very wrong as it has been paid 3 DAYS AGO. this IS NOW THE SECOND TIME MTN has done this which i feel is inconvenient and quiet wrong as their money has been paid. Someone else not doing their job is not my problem. I have now had enough of this and its time that they see how inconvenient this is for people who have MTN numbers as their work phones. This would now be my 5th argument with mtn. First it took 2 weeks for a sim swap from vodacom to mtn and getting phone when getting the contract. then the gentleman that helped me called me a crazy customer in front of every customer in the store. and now all this. I have had more than enough of MTN and the services they offer as they cannot keep to even payment detail.
