I have bought the above mentioned phones (x2) in April 2013. Since then, the phones never worked!!
Both the phones gave the same problem. The phones are switch on, but when somebody phone me, they only get a voice message.(as if the phones are switch off). Thus, nobody can get hold of me as the phone never works. But, when I switch the phone off and back on again- it works fine, but just for an hour or two. Then the process needs to be repeated again, thus the phone needs to be switch off and on at least 6 times a day.
What about the out of box warrantee? I then wrote letters to head office. After fighting- THEN the one phone was replaced.
I have also phoned Samsung and I spoke to Sylvester, Mapule en a third person which I cannot remember the name. They promised me that a supervisor will call me back and that the phones will be replaced. 2 Months later, and I am still waiting for the manager to phone me back
A formal complaint was also send to Samsung via the Hellopeter.com
