This is now the second time in. Week I am complaining on Hellopeter. Does not seem to make a difference, but I will do it anyway.
In my first complaint I mentioned that since 24 April, I tried to get response from them, as since then my internet is down.
Well Absolutely nothing has been done.
I have to say though, if you report a problem on Twitter, one at least get some response, and they phone you back and make promises. They try their best to get technicians to attend to the problem, but even to them the technicians are ignorant. The social media team in Telkom, one get the feeling, but as they say to you, their biggest frustration is the technicians being ignorant.
Telkom, WAKE UP, do something about this.
Hello Peter, your forum is not effective, as Telkom just sends an automated response to complaints, and never actually react on complaints from Hello Peter.

Just disgusted with this all, and I am left no choice but to keep on trying.
