Telkom, Pathetic Service Provider ADSL

This complaint is about service delivery to your ISP partners.
When complaints have been lodged at Web Africa, together with numerous complaints on "HelloPeter", we get told that it is because of Telkom and your inabilities that the state of our ADSL is so poor. Let me tell you, if you cannot give the service you should sell off the institution to somebody who can deliver the service, Let me tell you and please listen, You People are useless and need to close, it is no wonder your shares as well as you business is down the tube. We have had so called technicians that are nothing more than useless come to our property to try and sort out the problems, yet the problems still persist. We do not know where your technicians are trained? because it would seem that they have been trained in the nearest shabeen as there knowledge of the Telkom system is non existent. You are quick to climb onto customers that do not pay there accounts (of which we are not one), yet your service delivery stinks. We are sick and tired of going through our ISP and getting told that it is Telkom and that is why we have bad ADSL after paying nearly R2000.00 for the Service.
