No response for repair to telkom line

Hi
I am frustrated with the lack of response from the telkom technicians who have visited my home on 3 occasions. They make excuses and write reports instead of resolving the problem with my telephone line which is out of order from 27 August 2013.
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
