IGNORANT TELKOM!!!

I have reported slow responses on my Internet to Telkom more than 2 weeks ago, and have been trying to follow up on progress made every second day. Just to eventually get through to them is a nightmare itself, and when you do you are lucky not get get cut off, or they just put the phone down.
The faults gets closed by Telkom technicians every 2nd day it seems, saying the the problem was fixed, but yet 2 weeks later, and I have the same problem.
It would see they are just totally ignorant, they know we do not have any other DSL option in this country, and that is why they can milk us for a service they do not deliver on.

Telkom, you are the worst, you are a typical example of what this country is becoming!!!
