ADSL Connection

I applied for an ADSL connection 2 months ago, only to be told that there is no infranstructure in the area and that it would be installed within the next 30 days so I patiently waited then after phoning again was told that there are no rollout plans for my area at all.

It is ridiculous that telkom provide such horrible service especially since there is an ADSL connection in a house just 100m from mine.
It's very clear that telkom don't care at all about customer satisfaction. I am just so sick of begging telkom to provide me with the service that they claim to offer.
