TELKOM DIRECT IN CRESTA DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR PHO

I have been trying for two days now to get through to the Telkom Direct store in Cresta. The phone just rings and rings until you get to their voice mailbox that is full. Today I tried again and phoned constantly just after 09h00 - again no one picked up. 011 478 5395

They later took the phone off the hook. So now it just rings "BUSY".
