Over charged

Very excited I got to upgrade my phone on end Aug, I decided to take up the new apple I phone 5. On the day i was told that i get 400mb for free where after i will be charged 15c. today i got my first bill and with big surprise they charged me R2 per mb, my bill R1600 plus vat for 754mb that is not even one gb of data. i pay R228 for 3gb with my internet provided. i phone to query this at first i was told i was being charged 15c but going back to my bill i realised i did not use that much so it cannot be correct, i phoned again was then told oh because i don't have a data bundle im charged 99c but it still did not look right so i phoned a 3rd time after discussing with my husband, they then told me im charged at R2, i think this is a total rip off as i did not agree or signed to pay this and how is it possible to charge like this for the same thing, 15c to R2 they are really ripping people off.
