I phoned CellC in regards to my BIS service that was charged on the Sunday evening in April 2013 but on Wednesday I still couldn't use it. The lady I spoke to said see could see that the money was deducted from my account and she will activate it. She gave me the directions on what to do - pull out battery and restart - where I did that but still had no service. The next day I phoned again and explained my situation. The response was - Cell C have had difficulty with there service and I must wait and see if the BIS will work the next week. WHAT? I asked about the lost days of service as the money was already deducted on the Sunday. The reply was "sorry". I don't think that is good service at all. The time for me to activate my BIS service is nearing this month and I just wonder if this will happen again. I wasn't even offered extended days of service for the days I lost. Just a "sorry". I don.t think this is fair to loyal customers. I would also like somebody from Cell C to phone me as I reside in The Orchards, Pretoria and we have terrible signal out there. I have a data contract with Cell C but can't even use it because of the bad signal. What is the solution.
