No Feedback after a week!

I sent a request on the net to apply for a contract phone with MTN some time last week. I received a call from a Call Centre Agent, who took all my details and told me I would get an SMS within 24 hrs to let me know whether it has been approved or not. He told me that delivery would take place on Mon or Tues if my request was approved. Well, guess what??? It's Thursday today, and I haven't even received that sms. Must say, I'm appalled. To actually think I was willing to port to MTN because their prices seem more competitive to Vodacom... Well, thank you MTN for showing me your true colours before I even bind myself!!!
