2 weeks/no response about online application

On Thursday the 14th of November I went online and applied for an iPhone 5S contract through Vodacom Direct, 3 hours later I got a call from someone and they asked the usual questions, ID number, New contract etc. Later that night I received an SMS stating that my application had been approved, with the reference 14913892 number. Friday the 15th I waited till 3PM and called 0821959, I sat and waited 35 minutes to be told I am at the wrong place and will be transferred. I was put through to some other place where the lady told me that my contract had been approved, and now I need to wait for someone to call me and tell me what phone I can get, frst problem is, Why in the world would I go online and choose an iPhone 5S, to be told I need to wait and see if I can get it, that to me is pointless, If I want a phone, apply for that one and tell me if I get it, dont call me back and give me other options. Secondly after 2 weeks of waiting for a call, tweeting you and sending your my details over a DM, I have yet to be contacted. You boast about your easy online, next day delivery contracts but it fails to deliver. Please can someone tell me whats happening
