What can I do to get CellC to repond to my request

I have been trying for some time to close my acoount. Currently based in the UK, my mom has paid the required amount as adviced by a cell c with my numbers as a reference. However I cannot get anybody, despite various emails, to confrim the account is closed and that I will not be billed this month.
