Debit order banking details not changed

Good afternoon.

My elderly mother is having trouble with her account with Cell C. In late December/early January 2013 we took her to Festival Mall -Kempton Park branch in order for her to change her debit order banking details from one of her accounts to another. Every month so far and still, the debit order has not been changed after numerous requests. The previous account was 9187542075, but must be changed to 9187540968. Please assist her in this matter.
