Debit order not changed

I have contacted 8ta in July requesting for a debit order change. It did not happen. I contacted them again last month on 081 180 and spoke to Tumi (10:08) and got the banking details again to pay my account into and she assured me again that the debit order will be changed. This morning I got my message again that the debit order was deducted from the incorrect account. I need somebody to contact me to change the debit order (maybe 3rd time lucky) and the fees that was raised by my bank to be refunded to me as I have changed it with 8Ta
