I have had no telephone service since Monday 13th May... today is now 16th May. I have called Telkom 5 times in this regard. Each time I am told that they are waiting on a technician to attend to the problem. This sort of service is unacceptable. I am a 73 year old woman and have always had a Telkom account. It could be necessary for me to make an urgent call regarding health for example.
