Hi Im a construction person working on site having a contract phone, I manage my calls closely seeing my employer do not pay if the amount exceeds a certain amount..I have as all staff a laptop with 24/7 internet.
My account always in the hundreds now suddenly jumped to R14000 this hapened to many people I know.
It is an absolute ..I dont know if these data accounts are hacked or have illegal double users

The supliers accounts and investigating departments could not help me and phoned me telling me to make payment arangements every two months

It is very bad for my finances but I believe even worse in the long run for Vodacom .myself and all others this happens to become instant negative advertising some of our companies spend thousands monthly on computer data accounts, this too can be influenced..

Finally I am fed up like many others with tying to explain in simple terms vodacom 's accounts are not secure, if I a 50 year old single dad who are ither at work or with my kids do not use data..(.remember I have free internet on a works computer) THEN WHO IS USING IT! avarage account R600 now 14000? somethings wrong!
