Vodacom can't control excess account blocks

I have put R50 blocks on my data bundles, since it is impossible for me to control data use effectively, but to no avail, and then I get surprises amounting to R600 extra on 2 bundles used by my kids, and me, I have to pay for it.

Why claim you deliver a service if it is just an excuse to rip people off. Why can't a company like Vodacom afford a programmer to write a program to effectively control bars on accounts the same way you block people effective immediately when there's a payment problem? I attach my main number since the data bundles are logged under that account. Why must I pay for Vodacom's refusal to control their system effectively. I won't, therefore I have cancelled 4 contracts today, and will do the rest as soon as they become due for upgrades, since I apparently can't do it before the due date.
