UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET FOR A MONTH

Hi,

I recently took out a contract with Virgin mobile R149 per month for 2 gigs of data. The stick worked fine for 2 days and since then I am unable to connect. After speaking to Thando, i got an email with setting that did not help. Went into the store and the lady promised to email the settings. Still haven' received it. Then went back to the store for Thando to investigate and tell me that they changing over to a new server and I am one the users to be affected. He wil contact me in 48 hours. No response from him. When I send an email, he is on leave. I called the store and the lady said she will call me back by 13h00 on the 10th May, still have not had a call back. I called on Monday and spoke to Theo who said he will call me back. Guess he is still calling back. I called the shop 5 times and nobody answers. I resorted to contacting Thando on his cell as he was on leave. He sent me an sms saying that he spoke to Theo and he will sort me out today, that being yesterday 15 May 2013. I AM STILL WAITING!!! I sent a message to Thando and he does not respond.
I must pay for a service that does not even work!!!
