Signal loss in CPT central since 14/05/2013

I have an iPhone 5 & have experienced total signal loss since 14/05/2013. I can only find signal once I take out my sim and restart my phone. I then only have signal for 2-3 mins before phone reverts back to "no service". I have tried resetting to factory settings to no avail. On 14/05 I drove from City Centre to Claremont and only place I picked up signal was in Rondebosch? This was on the way there and back to town...
I reported this at the Golden-acre Cell C store today 16/05 and the employees there said a number of people have reported this over the last few days. The lady behind the counter said SHE HERSELF was affected. She assured me that this was a known issue and it would be fixed by the weekend. I reported this to the Cell C contact centre and they said they do not know about the issue and there is no indication of whether this will be fixed (denial). I would like resolution of this issue as Cell C's own staff are affected, yet there is a disconnect with the call centre and the network guy I spoke to responsible for the Western Cape area. My call centre experience was a waste of time. Can someone competent out there please assist?
