After speaking to the Manager & over 5 consultants over the past 2 months regarding a refund, Thando was the only person who managed to resolve my query efficiently & on the spot with no hassles.

I think she deserve props for this & thank you for making my last days experience with One Plan a success. I think if I had dealt with Thando from the beginning, most probably I wouldn't be cancelling my policy today.
