No assistance with feedback on repaut of phone

I booked my daughters phone in at the Nashua Mobile store in Brits Mall on 24/11/2013 for a software upgrade. Every time I phone or go to the store they just tell me that the phone is not back yet and that they are busy with the repair. On 20 December I went to the store again and was told to phone the call centre as there is nothing that they can do to assist as the system is showing that the phone is at repairs. The lady at the call centre confirmed the phone was booked in at the repair centre on 6/12/2013 with a Thando Masimangu but unfortunately we are not able to talk to these guys as they do not have phones. She confirmed that she send a mail for this Thando to contact me to discuss the matter but to date I have heard nothing. If I can just talk to somebody that can tell me what the status is it would be appreciated but you can't talk to anybody. How is it possible that a simple software update can take more than two weeks. Worse part is that no matter how many times you go in or phone there is just nobody that is able to give you an answer.
