I received a sms with the following message: I need to provide proof of payment of R33.30. If not, One Plan will deduct the money from me.
I called One Plan twice, trying to sort this out, since I have submitted proof of this payment a month before I received the sms.
On both occasions, I was told that the payment shows on the system, but due to a system error, the money still shows as outstanding. I was promised that the claims dept will rectify it.
I was also promised that an email, confirming that the matter has been resolved will be send to me.
It cost money from my side to call One Plan and it takes up time to deal with the issue, but obviously they do not care about their clients.
One plan is quick to send a sms claiming money, but it is just a pity that they take time to apologise and correct the matter when they made a mistake.
After I send an email to Thando Qobose, she did not only call me back, but also resolved the matter in less than 4 hours. Thank you Thando, you are brilliant.
How is it that 1 person can do the job and many others cannot.
In future, I will only deal with Thando when I have a query, since she is the only competent and reliable person at One Plan.
