It has been 2 weeks of empty promises, shocking service and pathetic responses from your support team.

I upgraded my phone, the call guy told me it was in stock and I would have the phone last week, I have written twice on my account and get the same rubbish response about invoicing.

this is not my problem. you are charging me for the phone already. send me the phone. don't make your business decisions and short falls my problem.
