New ADSL connection. Been over 5 months now and still useless.

Connection keeps dropping on downloads.

The main problem is when I download my connection will drop every 5 to 10 minutes. An endless loop.

I get an email from telkom every time to advise that my connection is working. Nonsense. It works for short periods then drops again.

SO WHY DO I HAVE A FASTEST DSL AND AN UNCAPPED LINE. WHY DO I PAY FOR THIS.

The only thing Telkom does every time is to reset the port or create a new port. Been done probably a hundred times! It does not work! It is the line between my house and junction box. UPGRADE THE AREA MAYBE! We need proper speed! Promising us cheap rates and fast internet! PLEASE!!

ested 28/10/2013 - 16h15 start download. 16h30 line drops. 19h40 line drops again. Thereafter it dropped every 10 minutes till I gave up at 21h00.

Tested 08/11/2013 - 16h15 start download. Drops still!!!

NOT FIXED!!!
