MTN is a nightmare from day 1

From day 1 dealing with MTN has been a nightmare. My account
is a total mess and I don't know how many times I have phoned to get this sorted out.

50% of the staff that try to help over the phone have no idea what is happening. They
just repeat the same as the previous help desk operator.

The invoice says I owe R1 092.03 but the statment says I owe R1 905.69.???

Why do I owe this? I was also under the impression I was be debted for my
MTN Uncapped Lite (R319.00 per month)???

What makes up this R1 905, 69???

At the same time email me all the info to cancel this contract, you (MTN) are not
doing as you promise your customers to delivery, good fair service bla bla bla..

I can do this anymore! It may and you have sorted out NOTHING.
