I got blacklisted because of their bad service

Cancelled their contract within 7 days because they delivered a wrong package. They promised to collect their phone within 7 working days which they failed to do so. Followed up with them and they still made empty promises. Recently I just found out that they blacklisted me because I haven't been paying my premiums for a contract that I voided long ago.
I took the contract via Elite mobile on the internet. I have emails and one of the ref for a call I made to them recently. I want my name to be cleared and their phone collected very soon or else this is gonna go even further.
