DON'T SIGN A CELL PHONE DEAL WITH ELITE MOBILE

I am paying for a deal with Elite mobile and haven't received my minutes.
The original contract was done over the phone more than 4 years ago.
I wanted to use a "pay as you go" Cell phone number on a "top up R135" contract.
The person on the other side typed in the wrong cell phone number when we "opened" the contract.
Now I pay for a contract but don't receive the benefits that comes with the contract.
The number/sim card in use is still a "pay as you go" number although I am paying for a contract.
It is a very long story but I haven't received any minutes for almost four and a half years.
My contact person at Vodacom's Walk in Customer Care (Lucinda Page) is really helpful but her hands are apparently also tied because she is waiting for some or other person at Elite-Mobile, that is also waiting for some or other senior person at Elite Mobile that is NOT DOING ANYTHING about the situation. I have told my story to so many people at Vodacom and then at Elite mobile. I never want to tell the story again.
How hard can it be?
I am currently paying and I have paid for minutes and I want those minutes on the correct Cellphone number so that I can use them.
