Poor service and unequiped

MTN has given me nothing but bad service since I've joined their network. Firstly they have my name wrong on my account - that they got from my ID. Then they have my banking details wrong. When I email them to ask them to correct this they just tell me that they've already moved me to cash payment as I'm in arrears - who's fault is that?! And then I'm even unable to check my data balance as you are unable to do that on an IPad, which EVERY single one I've talked to at MTN keeps telling me to phone a number. You cannot phone from an Ipad and if I tell them that, they don't know what else I should do or tell me to put the sim in another phone - it's a micro sim and my phone doesn't take a micro sim - what now? they also don't know? I've dealt with Vodacom, CellC, Telkom and Neotel and MTN is the worst of all. O and then we don't even talk about the poor data speeds. It's quicker for me to get something from my Vodacom cellphone than searching for it on my Ipad! But they make sure that you cannot cancel you account when they make you sign a 24 month contract and the fact that I still want my Ipad. They expect your money, but when it comes to delivering service they are useless
