I HAVE MOVED MY ACCOUNT FROM ANOTHER BANK TO FNB TEMPTED BY THE SAMSUNG S4 DEAL.
I WAS PROMISED THE WORLD HOWEVER DELIVERED HEADACHES AND EXCUSES. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR AN APPLE IPAD AND A DATA CONTRACT WHICH I DID NOT TAKE OUT. I WANTED THE SAMSUNG S4 ON THE CELLC 100MINS, 100SMS, 100MB AND WILL RETAIN MY SAME CELL NO WHICH IS A NUMBER PORTED TO CELLC CURRENTLY ON PREPAID.
I HAVE RECEIVED A MICRO SIM CARD WHICH HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON THE DATA CONTRACT AND BILLED FOR AN IPAD AND GIVEN A COMPLETELY NEW NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM CELLC TO FNB AND REALLY AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SERVICE.
IS FNB A BANK OR A CELLPHONE COMPANY?
