MTN charging but not delivering service!

I upgraded my contract 2 weeks ago to a "new" 200 anytime package which is supposed to include R200, 200 sms, 200mb and 30 mtn to mtn minutes. I was told it would reflect the next day. It didn't! I waited till billing cycle and again checked and am still on the old package. Missing 200 sms and 30 min mtn to mtn minutes. I called the store who contacted the call centre who assured me it would be sorted the next day. It wasn't! I called the store who then told me I would receive it the next day according to MTN technical. Checked the next day. If wasn't! I called on Friday the 4th query was sent to the technical department. Was assured many customers had the same issue. If was going to be sorted by Monday 13th May. It wasn't! I call MTN tonight and they say they can't do anything until the guy in the technical department responds. It's been a week and nothing! MTN please refund be and cancel my contract. I believe you are legally in a breach of contact anyway. I will return my handset immediately. Please advise where I should return it to!
